How a referral works

Send a referral
Fill in the referral form — or call your nearest office. Anyone can refer: a physician, a case manager, a family member, or you yourself.

Hear back within a business day
We confirm the details, sort out the funder — WorkSafeBC, ICBC, AFU, extended health, or private — and match the right clinician.

Start climbing
Treatment begins at the office nearest you, with one coordinated plan and milestones you can actually see.
